Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lube Corp AMZ-III parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Matryx-Xomox products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marquip parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Measurement product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Matryx-Xomox such as the EDA200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9960617 manufactured by Marquip and we are pleased to be able to service most Marquip systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 193791A01 by Manufacturer Measurement as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Marposs Brand 36132433501ZZ2950 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Matrox such as 7370101 equipment made by Matrox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matrox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matrox" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CTOP2MB made by M2i-Corporation as well as the popular RLH1915 original spares produced by Maurey-Instrument

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1811200150 by Magna and 7370101 spares by Matrox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3019940230 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marposs.
